Ollie

Terms of Use

Effective October 11, 2026

Ollie is not medical advice. Ollie helps you keep track of your own routine. It does not diagnose, treat or prescribe, and it never suggests or changes a dose. Always follow your prescriber's instructions. If something feels severe, sudden or is getting worse, contact your care team. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and 2line AI ("we", "us") for the Ollie app and the services it uses (together, "Ollie"). By downloading or using Ollie you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Ollie.

1. Who can use Ollie

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Ollie.

2. What Ollie does, and doesn't do

3. Subscriptions

4. Your information

Your logs belong to you. How Ollie handles them is described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data from inside the app at any time.

5. Buddies

If you pair with a buddy, you choose to share a first name, your streak and whether you showed up today with that person. Be kind: don't use cheers or names to harass, impersonate or share anything unlawful. We may remove buddy content that breaks these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

Don't misuse Ollie: no reverse engineering except where the law allows it, no attempts to break or overload our services, no automated scraping of our servers, and no use that breaks the law.

7. Our content and license

Ollie, including its design, character, text and code, belongs to 2line AI. We give you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Ollie on Apple devices you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's Usage Rules. We may update Ollie, add or change features, or stop offering features.

8. Third-party services

Some features use services from other companies, such as Apple (iCloud, Health, App Store), OpenAI (AI answers and meal photo reading), Google (Ollie's spoken voice) and Open Food Facts (barcode lookups). Their own terms and privacy policies also apply to what they process.

9. Disclaimers

Ollie is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy of any estimate or answer. We don't guarantee Ollie will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that reminders will always arrive.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, 2line AI won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any health decision you make based on Ollie. Our total liability for any claim about Ollie is limited to the amount you paid for Ollie in the 12 months before the claim. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

11. Ending use

You can stop using Ollie anytime by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription). We may suspend access to our online features if you break these Terms.

12. Apple

These Terms are between you and 2line AI, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Ollie or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If Ollie fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to Ollie, including product liability, legal or regulatory claims, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you. You confirm you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Ollie after that means you accept the new Terms.
