Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the Ollie app, made by 2line AI ("we", "us"), handles your information.
What stays on your iPhone
Everything you log stays on your device: shots and injection sites, medication and dose, water, meals and meal photos, protein, weight, symptoms, mood, notes, wins, check-ins and your Ask Ollie history. When you speak to Ollie, your voice is turned into text on your iPhone; the audio never leaves it.

Ollie's server only passes requests through to do the job and doesn't keep your questions, photos or answers. Like most web services it may keep short-lived technical logs (such as errors and request times) for security and reliability.
What we don't do
- No accounts or sign-in, no advertising, no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
- We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use it for advertising.
- Data from Apple Health is never used for advertising or shared with data brokers.
Export and delete
In the app, go to You → Privacy & export. Export everything gives you your logs as files. Delete all my data erases everything Ollie stored on your iPhone and removes your buddy pairing. If you used iCloud sync, data in your iCloud account is deleted too. Deleting the app also removes its data from your iPhone.
Children
Ollie is meant for adults and isn't directed to children under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
Data on your iPhone is protected by iOS. Connections to our server and service providers use encryption (HTTPS). iCloud data is protected by Apple.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or move your information, or to object to some processing. Because your logs live on your device, you can do most of this yourself in the app. For anything else, email us and we'll help.
Changes
If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll tell you in the app before it takes effect.
